Ingredients

  2. 2 tbsn Coconut oil
  3. 1 tspn mustard seeds
  4. Handfulfried gram
  5. HandfulPeanut
  6. leavesCurry
  7. 1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
  8. 1 tspn Chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspn hing
  10. 1/2 tspn salt
  11. 1chopped onion
  12. Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, fried gram, peanut cook light golden in colour. Add curry leaves.

    Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, hing, salt and Pori mix well.

  3. 3

    Add onion and coriander leaves. Masala Pori ready to serve.
