  • 250 givy gourd slit
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tbsppeanut paste
  • 1/4th cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4th cup water
  • 1 tbspfresh cream

  1. 1

    Slit the gourd, heat oil and fry the gourd till brown

    Now in the same pan add, onion tomatoes and salt and saute for 5mts, add peanut paste and water

    Now add spices and cook the gravy, lastly add coconut milk, and gourd and cook on low flame for 5mts

    Serve with chapati, paratha or steamed rice
