Flatten the slices of sandwich bread with a rolling pin or a bottle to make them thinner and larger.

Spread tomato sauce on the sandwich bread slices, and also on the small bread slices.

Place a slice of mortadella on each flattened sandwich bread slice, then add a stick of melon on top.

Roll up the sandwich bread with the help of plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, slice the fresh cheese into six slices.

Place a slice of cheese on each small bread slice.

Add thin slices of ham on top of the cheese.

Top the ham with a thin slice of cured salt pork.

When ready to serve, unwrap the mortadella and melon rolls from the plastic and cut each roll into four pieces.
