  • Oil
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli +garlic+ginger paste
  • 1 tspdhania jeera powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsprai
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • Pinchhing

    Cut turai into pieces

    In pan add oil rai, jeera and hing now add turai,haldi powder and salt saute.Add red chilli paste and stir now add little water and cover and cook till done.

    Serve hot with Bajra ki roti
