In a bowl take all spices & Methi Dana & mix well ; correct the seasoning

Fill masala in onions 🧅 cover and keep it aside for at least one hour

Heat oil in a pan put hing & add stuffed onions 🧅 cook for 4-5 min & switch off gas. Let it cool down completely

You can use it instantly or store in fridge for upto 10 days.
Enjoy with paratha, chapati or rice.
