Instant Raw mango chhunda

Traditionally, mango chhudo was made by keeping it in the sun and shade for four to five days, but now days everyone wants it instant, so today I have made instant and tasty, yummy raw mango chhudo. This chhudo can be taken with roti, puri, thepla, paratha and can also be taken as a substitute for vegetables.

Steps

Peel the raw mango, now grate the mango with the help of a grater, add salt, mix well, cover and keep aside for two hours.

Now add sugar to it and stir well until the sugar dissolves.

Now add cloves and cinnamon and cook on medium to slow flame. When it starts bubbling and becomes a syrup of one string as shown in the photo, turn off the gas.

When its cool down, add cumin powder and chilli powder and mix well.

Now store in an airtight glass jar and enjoy delicious 😋 raw mango chhunda all year round with roti, thepla, paratha, puri etc...
