Chicken Kebab with Roasted Vegetables
Quick, delicious, one-pan, and healthy.
Steps

Grind the chicken breast separately first.

Add the vegetables, salt, and spices, then grind together.

Spread the mixture over two-thirds of a baking pan, cut it into thick strips, and poke with a spatula. Arrange the vegetables in the remaining third of the pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at high heat until golden brown.

Serve with onion salad with sumac, parsley, and olive oil. Enjoy!
