First off all ingredients,keep aside.heat a pan add 2 cup water,boiled it then add washed and chopped ambat chuka or sorrel leaves and peanuts and cooked for one minute.

Turn off the heat,add cooked dal,graham flour,crushed green chilies,salt,turmeric powder,salt and mix it well.add some water and coooked it for one minute.

Heat another small tadaka pan add oil,when it hot add deghi mirach and fry it,keep aside,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,when it crackles add hing and crushed garlic and pour this tadaka on cooked ambat chuka bhaji,ready your ambat chuka muddha bhaji.serve with rice or roti.
