Ingredients

  1. 500 gostrich fillet
  2. 200 gshrimp
  3. 5-6sage leaves
  4. 1sweet pepper 🫑
  5. spice mix with fennel
  6. salt
  7. 2-3 tbsplemon juice
  8. 2-3 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the ostrich meat into strips. Place in a convenient container. Add the shrimp.

    Add spices, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
    I took a photo of my spices, they are perfect for this dish.

    Transfer the meat and shrimp to a thick-bottomed saucepan, along with the liquid that has been released. Add the finely chopped sweet pepper and sage leaves.

    Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Ostrich meat, like shrimp, cooks quickly.
