Soyabean is a rich source of protein.These melt in mouth kebabs are nutritious and tasty.Paneer and walnut makes these kebabs nutritious,creamy and soft.These kebabs can be packed in tiffin or can be given in the evening.

Boil soya granules in salty water (1 tsp( Salt) for 3-4 min.Wash it 2-3 times in cold water.Keep it aside.

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan,add garlic and chilli.Saute.Now add in onion,ginger and fry on medium heat till translucent.Mix spices,salt and 1/4 cup of water.Cook it for 2-3 min.

Add in soya granules and paneer.Mix it.Cook for 3-4 min Transfer it in a plate.Let it cool.Mix lemon juice in it.

Grind soya granules mixture and walnuts in a mixer jar.Now divide this mixture into 8 parts and make kebabs.

Heat the gridle, grease it with ghee, shallow fry 4-5 kebab at a time on low to medium heat.Flip it over with light hand and fry from the other side until golden brown.

Your delicious protein loaded kebabs are ready to serve.Serving for kids,I have made small chapatis.To assemble these kebabs,take a plate, put 2 chapati on it,spread green chutney on them and then place kebabs over them.Serve with onion rings and green chutney.
