Steps

First we add salt and turmeric to the grated mango and mix it and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Then we will mix jaggery and sugar in it. - 2
Now we will add the mixture to a pan and keep stirring on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
Now we will add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom powder and roasted cumin powder to it. - 3
Now add regular chili powder and Kashmiri chili powder and mix.

So this is how our instant mango chunda is ready to be served.
