In a bowl add veggies, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste, corn flour, refined flour & mix well. Make small Manchurian balls

Heat oil and deep fry the veg manchurian balls until golden brown. Keep aside.

In a pan heat oil add finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, green chilly sauce, pepper powder. Mix well

Add fried Manchurian balls, add salt if required and mix. Garnish with spring onion leaves.

Serve hot as a starter or side dish with fried rice or noodles.
