Ingredients

2 people
  1. 2 cups Mix vegetables ( cabbage, carrot, capsicum etc
  2. 2onions finely chopped
  3. 2 tbspgreen chilly ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 cuprefined flour
  5. 1/4 cup corn flour
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  8. salt to taste
  9. 1 tbspred / green chilly sauce,
  10. 2 tbsp tomato sauce,
  11. 1tsp soy sauce / vinegar
  12. oil for frying
  13. spring onion leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add veggies, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste, corn flour, refined flour & mix well. Make small Manchurian balls

  2. 2

    Heat oil and deep fry the veg manchurian balls until golden brown. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    In a pan heat oil add finely chopped onions and fry till golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 - 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, green chilly sauce, pepper powder. Mix well

  6. 6

    Add fried Manchurian balls, add salt if required and mix. Garnish with spring onion leaves.

  7. 7

    Serve hot as a starter or side dish with fried rice or noodles.
