First take rice, gram dal,split black dal mix and wash. Now soaked 6 hours then grind add sour buttermilk, salt and turmeric powder. Put in Sunlight for fermentation.

Now add corn kernels green chilli, coriander leaves. Cooking soda and oil mix let it hot then add in Dhokla battter mix until it becomes fluffy. Put in 2 Grease oil dish spread thin form. Steam for 15 minutes.

Delicious and tasty Rice Dhokla served with red garlic chutney + ground nut oil.
