Cut the bacon and fry it in a pot.

Once the bacon is crispy, add the onion, carrots, and crushed garlic. Continue frying, then add the ground beef, potato, and jalapeño, along with salt, pepper, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, and chicken bouillon powder. Keep frying for a few more minutes.

Add the tomato sauce, zucchini, and washed, chopped cilantro. Let it simmer until the zucchini is cooked through, and it's ready to serve.
