Everyone, young and old, wants to have a snack in the evening, so we choose recipes that are quick to make or we can make a dry snack and keep it in an airtight container so that whenever we feel hungry, we can open the container and start having a snack.
Today I made instant pau pizza balls which are both healthy and quick to make.

First wash 3 times the poha and soak it for 5 minutes, then add all the ingredients for making balls and mix them.

Now apply some oil on your hands and make small balls.

In a bowl, add flour, pinch of salt and water as required to prepare a slurry. Dip each ball in the slurry and coat it with semolina.

Now, put oil in a pan and when it is hot, add the balls and fry on medium flame till they turn light brown.

So crispy poha pizza balls are ready. Can be served with chutney and sauce.
