Heat Oil In A Pan.

Now Add Bay Leaf, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds & Black Peppers In It.

Then Add Garlic Cloves, Ginger, Tomato Cubes & Coriander Stems Into It.

Saute Them For 3-4 Minutes.

Now Add Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder & Salt Into. Saute Them For 2-3 Minutes On Medium Flame.

Add Some Water & Mix Them Well.

Cover & Cook Them For 8-10 Minutes Or Until Tomatoes Turn Soft.

Remove Bay Leaf & Grind Them Into A Fine Puree.

Strain The Puree Thoroughly.

Cook Them For 4-5 Minutes On Medium Flame & Enjoy.
