  • 1, sliced Persian cucumber
  • 1 tablespoonsSpicy mayo
  • 1 teaspoonSriracha
  • 2 tablespoonsFried onions (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook brown rice according to package instructions.

  2. 2

    Arrange cooked rice in bowls.

    Top with krab, avocado, green onions, seaweed salad, and cucumber.

    Drizzle spicy mayo and sriracha over the top.

Tips

Using brown rice adds more fiber, and Persian cucumbers provide the best crunch.
