Semolina waffle is a quick and easy dish that can be made for breakfast, snack, and it makes a great choice for Kid lunch box too. The batter can be made the previous night and next day morning, the waffle can be whipped up in less than 5 minutes.

Semolina waffle is a quick and easy dish that can be made for breakfast, snack, and it makes a great choice for Kid lunch box too. The batter can be made the previous night and next day morning, the waffle can be whipped up in less than 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl add the semolina and flour. Add yogurt and little water, along with salt and sugar.

Whisk thoroughly and make a batter. let the batter rest for 15 minutes for the semolina to absorb all the liquid.

Add the vegetables and mix it well. If the consistency is thick, add a little water with spoon.

In the meantime, add cumin seeds and baking soda. Whisk again to mix.

Pour about ¼ cup of the batter and let it cook for about 4 minutes or till
the waffle becomes golden brown on both sides. - 6
Pack it in a tiffin box. it is healthy and nutritious
