
Beef and Potatoes Goulash

Sear beef on medium-high heat until browned. Cook down diced onion, pepper, and garlic until translucent. Add paprika and cayenne, cook until darkened. Add 1 liter of beef broth, bring to a boil.

Simmer for a few hours until beef is tender.

The last half hour, throw in cubed potatoes and cook until soft. Serve with sour cream over rice or noodles
