In a food processor, finely chop the onions and bell peppers, then squeeze out all the excess water. Grind the chicken, then add the vegetable mixture, clarified butter, and spices. Mix well until combined, then let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for a while to firm up.

Heat a grill pan and lightly grease it with oil. Shape the kebabs as desired and cook them on the grill pan until browned, turning until fully cooked. Serve with bread and salads.
