Mango Falooda is like a party in your mouth, mixing up chewy basil seeds, soft vermicelli, and boba-like chia seeds. It's a dessert that's both fun and tasty, with creamy mango ice cream shake on top and a burst of mangoes and tutti frutti. It's like a dessert pasta, sweet and exciting!
Cooking Instructions

Soak the Chia seeds and the basil seeds separately till they are soft and jelly like. Boil the vermicelli and keep aside. This can be made ahead of time. Dice the mangoes and keep handy the nuts, milk, two types of ice cream and saffron.

Mix the mango ice cream with milk and some saffron and blend to make a mango milkshake. In a tall parfait glass add the soaked chia seeds and basil seeds. Next layer with some cooked vermicelli. Add some mango pieces and Tutti Frutti. Pour some of the mango milkshake as the next layer.

Next add more mango pieces and Tutti Frutti. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Top with nuts, mango pieces, Tutti Frutti and some saffron strands.
