Did you know? You don't need eggs for fluffy pancakes! These ones are perfect. (And they only cost me only €2 to make).

Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the Soy milk and stir until combined.

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Add the mixture in the pan. Make it cover the whole bottom

Let it fry for 1-2 minutes.

When the pancake is able to come loose (you can check by gently shaking the pan), flip the pancake. Let it fry for another minute.

Repeat steps 2-5 until you have enough pancakes or until the mixture is finished.

Your pancakes are done! You can add jelly, sugar, fruit, or maple syrup... Anything you like! Happy Eating 💕
