Cooking Instructions
- 1
First chopped all the veggies whatever you have and you can use any choice of your veggies. As this is no cook so I would recommend colored peppers, corn, onion.
- 2
In a mixing bowl, add all veggies, corn and keep it aside. I used the canned black beans. Drain and rinse them and add into a mixing bowl.
- 3
Add all spices mentioned in ingredients like taco seasoning, salt, paprika, lemon juice, black pepper you can add too!
- 4
For dressing, in a mini chopper or take avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and chili. For protein you can add edamame beans. Blend it and your crema is ready.
- 5
Take Toastada, you can warm little bit in oven or microwave! Apply first refried beans. Apply the avocado crema, top with the stuffing we prepare, topped with some cheese and sour cream.
- 6
You can add chipotle sauce if you have too! Enjoy this and let me know how you like it!

Brad's camarones a la diabla tostada Brad's camarones a la diabla tostada
Originally I was going to make tacos, but I soon found out that my fillings were over the capacity of the shells. So I turned them into tostadas. Most of the fillings are better if made a day in advance. Including the fermented red cabbage, the pickled red onion, the cilantro lime crema, and the pinto and cannellini bean salad. With the prep work done, it makes this go quick when it's time to cook. wingmaster835 -
