Ingredients

  • 2 tbsprice flour
  • 1 teaspoonchili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1 teaspoonasafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 teaspoonChaat masala

    Cut the top part of the onion scapes and prepare it into ring-shaped pieces.

    Now add all the spices to the besan and rice flour and add water to it to prepare the batter.

    Now we will dip the ring in it and fry it.
