Ingredients

60 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 10 1/2 ozcuttlefish (about 300 g)
  2. 10 1/2 ozanchovies (about 300 g)
  3. 10 1/2 ozshrimp (about 300 g)
  4. 10 1/2 ozdogfish (about 300 g)
  5. 10 1/2 ozsquid (about 300 g)
  6. Frying flour
  7. Salt
  8. Vegetable oil (such as sunflower oil)

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean the fish thoroughly. Cut the cuttlefish and dogfish into pieces, then season with salt.

  2. 2

    Pour enough flour into a bowl to coat all the cleaned and dried seafood.

  3. 3

    Heat the deep fryer. Once hot, start frying the seafood.

  4. 4

    When golden and cooked, transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Serve and enjoy.
