Wash and soak rice over night. In morning boil it add some more water. Cooked it for 5 to 6 whistle.

In a pan add milk and malai, boil it for 5 minutes. Now add boil rice with leftover water in milk.

Cook it till rice and milk mix together proper. Add khand also. Keep aside for cool on room temperature.

Now blend the material. Keep it in refrigerator for 5 to 6 hour. Before serve add cardamom powder.

Grate pista for garnish. Add berries on it, serve it chilled.
