Ingredients

20 minutes
5 servings
  1. 1 cupSuji
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 2 tablespoonssevai
  4. 2 tablespoonsmix finely chopped veggies(carrot,beans,capsicum)
  5. 1onion minced
  6. 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  7. 1/3 tablespoonOil
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper according
  9. 1 teaspoonCumin seeds
  10. 1 sachetEno
  11. 10Curry leaves

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes

    First add Suji, curd,sevai and water. Mix it nicely and keep it covered aside for 10 minutes.

    Now heat half quantity of oil in a pan. Crackle cumin seeds,mustard seeds and curry leaves in it. Now add onion to saute nicely.

    Add all veggies in pan too.Saute veggies on high flame for 2 minutes and remove from flame. Add veggies and spices in suji mixture and mix nicely. At last add eno too.

    Now heat an appe pan and add 2 drops of oil in each cavity. Low the flame. Full each cavity 2/3 with ready mixture and lid the pan.

    After 5 minutes reverse appe sides and let it cook for 5 minutes more.

    Now fusion appes are ready to serve with your favourite sauces.
