Break your eggs into a plate then add milk and a pinch of salt

Set your pan to heat and pour a table spoon of oil. Now pour your whisked eggs into the pan.

Cook until the top part is not running (watery). This means the bottom side is cooked

Flip to cook the other side.

Can be eaten with toast bread and fruits to complete your balanced diet.
