Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 1 kgChicken boneless
  2. 1/2 cupYogurt
  3. 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  4. 1 tbspAll spices
  5. 1 tbspGinger Garlic (paste)
  6. 1 tspSalt heaped
  7. 1/4 cupOil
  8. For Masala: -
  9. 4-5 ozButter
  10. 2-3 tbspOil
  11. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  12. 1 cupOnion (chopped)
  13. 1 tbspGinger Garlic (paste)
  14. 1 pinchTandoori colour
  15. 1 tbspWhole spice
  16. 1 tbspSugar
  17. 1/2 tbspSalt
  18. 1/2 cupTomato Puree
  19. 1/4 cupCream
  20. 1/4 cupMilk
  21. 1 tbspcorn flour
  22. 1/2 tbspKasuri Meethi (fenugreek)

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with yogurt, red chili powder, all spice, ginger garlic and salt. Leave it for 30 min, then fry in ¼ cup oil till done.

    For Masala: -Mix ¼ cup cream, ¼ cup milk and corn Flour and make a thick paste.

  3. 3

    In a wok, heat oil, add butter, cumin and sizzle it then add chopped onions and fry for 5 minutes, add ginger

  4. 4

    Garlic paste, whole spice, tandoori color, sugar and tomato puree. Stir and cook well.

  5. 5

    Now add 1 cup water with cooked chicken, cream and milk mixture.

  6. 6

    Lastly add all spice, kasuri meethi, with chopped green chiies, coriander leaves.
