Assemble ingredients, In moderately heated pan add 1 tbsp ghee, add almonds + cashews and roast / fry under low flame till golden brown and keep aside.
After cooling grind the roasted dry fruits. - 2
Add remaining ghee, add wheat flour and roast under medium flame till wheat flour turn aromatic and we get the nutty aroma.

Transfer wheat flour to a thali / plate and allow to cool for some time. Then add jaggery + cardamom powder + roasted dry fruits and mix well.
Mash jaggery very well and mix. - 4
Start binding ladoos, if mixture seems to be dry add little more melted ghee to bind properly.

Wheat flour Ladoo is ready to serve.
