Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 2 chicken cutlet
  • arugula
  • roasted peppers
  • mozzarella
  • seasoning
  • red or vodka sauce
  • olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Fried the cutlet, spread the dough

  2. 2

    Add the ingredients and begin to layer. Start with the chicken cutlet, then the mozzarella, add the arugula, sprinkle a little olive oil, then roasted red pepper and. A little sauce and seasoning of your like. I used italian.

  3. 3

    Once the the ingredients are in the dough, slowly begin to fold the dough, tuck in the edges and roll it like you are making a loaf of bread. Once folded add the egg wash over the top add on top the sesame seeds. Then across the top cut 3/4 slices along the top. Add to a thin cooking pan

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees then place in oven for 40-45 minutes. 1/2 way you may want to just rotate the pan. Once done let sit for 1.5 hours.
