Vegetable Subway Sandwich

Cut the tomato onion and cucumber in round slices. Shred the cabbage, carrot and capsicum.

Take the mayonnaise in a mixing bowl and add the mint coriander chutney. Mix well.

Slit the bread in the middle.Apply above the mint leaves chutney on 1 side and apply the Schezwan chutney on other side.

Arrange the cucumber slices, tomato slices, onion slices, cabbage, carrot, capsicum above Schezwan chutney and make 1 by 1 layer.

Spread above the grated cheese. Sprinkle some chilli flakes. Cover with the other side and press light.

Cut in the middle and serve with tomato sauce and mint chutney.
