Ingredients

  • 1 sheetPizza dough
  • 50 gPepperoni
  • 100 gMozzarella cheese
  • 50 gSalami
  • 1(for egg wash) Egg
  • 1 tablespoonSesame seeds
  • for dipping Optional: Marinara sauce

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Roll out the pizza dough on a flat surface.

  3. 3

    Layer pepperoni, mozzarella, and salami evenly over the dough.

    Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.

    Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.

    Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

    Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.

Tips

For an extra crispy crust, place a baking stone in the oven while preheating.
