Layer pepperoni, mozzarella, and salami evenly over the dough.

Roll the dough tightly into a log shape.

Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.
