Ingredients

60 minutes
  1. 4 lbpork shoulder
  2. 3 tbspsugar
  3. 3 tbsphoney
  4. 3 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 3 tbspoyster sauce
  6. 2 tbsprice wine
  7. 2 tbspgarlic powder
  8. 2 tbspfermented tofu (2 pieces)
  9. 2 tbspred yeast sauce

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Make the sauce: mix all liquid and powders listed above.

  2. 2

    Cut the meat into long strips.

  3. 3

    Marinate the meat in the refrigerator overnight

    Preheat the oven to 400 F. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip and bast the meat. Bake for another 20 minutes.
