Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1/4 cupCorn (boiled)
  • 1 cupSemolina
  • 1/2 cupChickpea flour (Besan)
  • 1/4 cupMixed vegetables (finely chopped)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Grind boiled to a coarse paste.

  2. 2

    Add semolina and chickpea flour and water to make thick batter

    Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder to taste. Add vegetables like carrot, capsicum and peas to batter.

    Put the batter in waffle makerand cook till done.

    Serve with mint chutney
