Steps

Marinate the paneer with schezwan chutney & coat it with walnuts & leave the paneer aside for about 20 mins for the moisture to act & bind the crust

Mix together chopped Walnuts, a little flour (jawar) & some chopped coriander mix it with finger tips

Roast on hot griddle with less oil

Heat oil & butter 🧈 ina pan Saute chopped garlic 🧄 add jawar flour roast remove pan from gas & add milk stir continuously so no Lunkad’s 1/2 cheese slice Salt & white pepper powder mix it nicely. White sauce is ready Prepare this way & keep aside

Sauté veggies with salt & pepper powder

For platting.. in a bowl 1 side sauté veggies other side grilled paneer & in middle pour white sauce u can see in pic
