In the wheat flour, add salt, moan (oil/ghee for shortening), and Knead a stiff dough. Now, add ghee and knead the dough until it is soft like paratha dough. Set it aside for half an hour.

Take one dough ball and roll it into a circle. On a non-stick pan (lodi), cook it with ghee on both sides. Meanwhile, put the leftover paneer bhurji in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it in the microwave for 1 minute. Turn off the gas for the roti and take it out onto a plate.

First, spread the onion salad on the roti. Pour green chutney over it. Place the paneer bhurji on top (by sliding them off the skewer). Sprinkle tandoori masala over the paneer. Roll it up and toast the roll on the pan (lodi).
