  • 1 cupleftover cooked toor dal
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1/4 cuppeas
  • 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  • 1boiled potato
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander
  • 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbspmustard seeds
  • 1/4 tbspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 1/4 tbsp garam masala

  1. 1

    First all ingredients keep aside.heat a Kadhai add oil,once it hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds it will crackle,add chopped onion and soute it.

    Add cooked dal and soute it.,add chopped tomato and stir it.add boiled potato,and soute it.

    Add peas,and mix it well add red chill powder turmeric powder,cumin powder garam masala and mix it well add chopped coriander.reafy your leftover dal sabji is ready, garnish with coriander add serve with roti or chapati.
