Steps

Wash, wipe remove skin and cut into small pieces of pumpkin.

Steam pumpkin for ten minutes till tender. Cool.

In a mixing bowl add pumpkin pieces, salt and sugar. Coriander leaves and curry leaves.

In a tadka pan add oiland mustard seeds. Allow to crackle.Add pinch of asafoetida.

Add this to salad.Mix well. Add fresh curd.Mix and serve in lunch.
