  1. 2halibut filets
  2. 2 tbsbutter
  3. 1 tbslemon juice
  4. 1 tbsflour
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. salt

    Pat halibut dry and sprinkle salt on both sides. Flour both sides after salting

    In a pan on medium heat, cook halibut on both sides until cooked through (mine took about 4 mins per side)

  3. 3

    To make the sauce: combine lemon, butter, garlic in a small pot on a stove until butter is melted. Top the lemon butter garlic sauce on the cooked halibut and enjoy!
