Ingredients

7 days
500 ml Ume syrup
  1. 300 gUme
  2. 250-300 gsugar (white or brown)

Cooking Instructions

    This is Ume tree at my friend’s garden.

    Clean and remove core of Ume.

  3. 3

    Blot Ume with kitchen paper and freeze them for a day or more in Ziplock.

  4. 4

    Put sugar in Ume. Close the ziplock bag and leave it at room temperature for 7 days, occasionally kneading the bag to mix.

    After 1 day to 5 days.

    7 days. I put the Ume syrup in bottles and keep them refrigerator.

  7. 7

    Ume syrup, water and ice to make Ume juice. And adding lemon makes more refreshing.
