Vegetable Juice Bread

I took vegetable juice that I drink and made it into a baked bread.
In summer, be careful not to use room temperature juice. Make sure that both the juice and water are cold.
While the dough is rising, it may dry out, so spray it with water. Recipe by Burinko

Egg-free Soft and Springy Bread Egg-free Soft and Springy Bread
I wanted to make a fluffy bread without using eggs. I refrained from using eggs for my daughter's sake, and we can also eat it without worry since it is made at home. It turned into a nice and fluffy bread without using eggs. You don't need milk either! Make 8-10, wrap up the rest, and store it in the freezer. Tips: When you want to eat the frozen bread, first microwave and then toast it to enjoy the pure fluffiness.Make sure to wrap the dough to keep it from drying out. Wait until the dough has properly risen. It will be sticky and hard to knead when you add in the margarine, but it will soon come together. Gently handling the dough after deflating it will yield a fluffy and delicious bread. Recipe by Yuimamarin cookpad.japan -
Left-Over Vegetables Bread Left-Over Vegetables Bread
When cooking for our family, sometimes I have vegetables left over, and the last thing I have to see is them getting old and icky after too much time in the fridge. When food goes in the trash in our home, I see money going into the trash, and my frugal heart skips a beat.sometimes just reheating the veggies on their own leaves them less appealing, but I won’t let that hold me back. By finding creative ways to use leftover vegetables,I can reduce food waste, make the most of our grocery budget, and enjoy healthy foods while I’m at it.You can use this ideal to make your everyday meal useful.Take Love from Bangladesh.💛 Bengali Spice 💚
