I took vegetable juice that I drink and made it into a baked bread.

In summer, be careful not to use room temperature juice. Make sure that both the juice and water are cold.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 160 gramsBread (strong) flour
  2. 40 gramsCake flour
  3. 3 tbspSugar (light brown sugar)
  4. 1bit less than 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  5. 3 gramsDry yeast
  6. 100 gramsVegetable Juice
  7. 40 gramsWater
  8. 1 tbspMargarine (or butter)

Cooking Instructions

    Put all of the ingredients in a bread maker and let it make the dough. Have it run till the first rise is complete.

    A. Divide the dough into 6 portions. B. Make them into round balls. C. Cover them with a wrung out damp towel and let them rest for 15 minutes.

    D. Punch down the dough. E. Form the dough into oblong shapes. (If you have a tray, then lightly coat the tray with spray oil and then put the dough in.)

    Let the dough rise a second time till it doubles in size. Once it's done rising, preheat your oven to 190℃.

    Sprinkle the rolls with bread flour bake at 190℃ for 10-12 minutes.

    These are freshly baked.
