Soak Moong dal for 1 hr and drain the water, add to blender with ginger and chiliies, chopped onion and salt and make a paste

Make a smooth paste

In a pan heat oil, make a patty and fry golden colour

Assemble - take burger bun, butter, add tomato rings, onion rings

Place the patty and close with another burger bun and pin
- 6
Place in the tiffin box and let your kids enjoy
