Soak white peas overnight. Cook another day in pressure cooker for 5 whistles.

Boil potatoes and peel.Mashed potatoes.

Mash peas.add water. Add turmeric powder and salt. Boil for three minutes.

Add salt in mashed potatoes. Make tikkis from this and fry in slow flame by adding little oil in pan.

Soak tamarind and jaggery.Make chutney from this. Add salt to taste. In a mixer jar add coriander leaves mint leaves, chilli and salt. Make mint chutney.

To assemble ragda pattice: In a serving bowl Keep pattice. Pour ragda add chutney, chopped onion, coriander leaves and shev. Serve immediately.
