Ingredients

35 minutes
4-5Cups
  1. 1 C.Favorite Original Buffalo Sauce (I use 1/2 Frank's Red Hot and 1/2 Louisianna)
  2. 1/2 C.Melted Butter or Vegetable Oil (I used Unsalted Butter)
  3. 2Tbsps. Garlic Powder
  4. 1 1/2tsps. Granulated Sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp.Cayenne Pepper (can use more for more spice)
  6. 1/2-1 tsp.Black Pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp.Worcestershire Sauce
  8. 2tsps. All-purpose Flour/Cornstarch
  9. 1Lg. Egg

Cooking Instructions

    In a large pot add everything except flour and egg. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Then once boiling turn heat down to low and let sauce simmer, stirring occasionally.

    While sauce is simmering. Separate egg yolk from whites (discard whites or save for another use). Then add 2tsps. Water and whisk for 2 minutes. Then whish in 2tsps. Flour/cornstarch til well incorporated and mixture turns a pale yellow color.

    Remove sauce from burner and give a good stir. While constantly stirring add in the egg mixture, this is when it should start turning that beautiful orange color and sauce is smooth.

    Let sauce cool for a bit then pour into storage bottle or jars and store in refrigerator (just remove from fridge and give a good shake before using). Or you can serve sauce immediately and enjoy 😋.
