  1. 150 gmBlack chickpea 🧆
  2. 1onion 🧅
  3. 5/6 Garlic clove
  4. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  5. 2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  6. 1 tablespoon Coriander powder
  7. 1 tablespoon Garam masala
  8. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  9. Half tablespoon sugar
  10. 3 tablespoons oil
  11. Half teaspoon cumin seeds
  12. Half teaspoon Asafoetida
  13. Salt par taste
  14. Coriander for garnish

    Soak the chickpeas in hot water overnight and in the morning drain the water and add another water and salt and cook in the cooker for 4/5 minutes. When the cooker cools down, remove the chickpeas and keep them aside. Now chop the onion and ginger and make a paste of garlic and ginger. Now put oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot,

    Add cumin and asafoetida, add ginger and garlic paste and saute it. After that, add the chopped onion and saute it. When the onion turns soft, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander, cumin powder and a little water to make a paste and add it. Add the spices and saute it. Now add lemon juice, sugar and salt to it. Add the boiled chickpeas and stir everything well. Finally, add garam masala and garnish with coriander and onion rings and serve with paratha or roti
