Soak urad dal and rice for 5 hours.

After that blend soaked urad dal and rice, make smooth and fluffy batter.

Ferment for 5 hours. Add salt and mix gently. Chopped green chilli and ginger.

Spread batter on hot tawa and spread chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli, ginger and green coriander. Press gently.spread oil. Roast for 2 minutes.

Flip over and cook completely. Cook both sides. Urad dal uttapam is ready to serve.

You can enjoy this simple breakfast with chutney.
