  1. 1/2 cupcooked rice
  2. 1/2 cupLeftover vegetables jalfrezi
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 cup red chili powder
  5. 1/4 cupTurmeric
  6. 1/2 cup aamcur powder
  7. 1 pinchGaram masala

    Put the leftover vegetable jalfrezi in a non-stick pan. Sprinkle some water and let it heat for a while.

    Now, add salt, chili powder, turmeric, amchur powder (dried mango powder), and a pinch of garam masala to it and mix well.

    Now, add the cooked rice and mix well. Let it cook for a little while... then turn off the gas. Your leftover vegetable jalfrezi pulao is ready!
