Steps

Soak rava in one cup milk for half an hour.

Add 1tsp ghee in pan fry and keep aside.

Add half cup ghee in a pan.Add sugar and make caramel from this.

Add 1 cup milk and soaked rava in it. Stir till mixture thickens. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits.

Our makhandi halwa is ready serving.
