Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlcooked Rice 🍚
  2. 2onion 🧅
  3. Half bowl chickpea flour
  4. 2 tablespoon Rice flour
  5. 2/3 green chilli
  6. 8/9 Garlic clove
  7. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  8. 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  9. 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  10. 1 tablespoon ajwain
  11. Half tablespoon Asafoetida
  12. 1 tablespoon Black pepper powder
  13. Half bowl curd / buttermilk
  14. Oil for fry
  15. Salt par taste

    To make rice pakodas, if you have cooked rice, add curd or buttermilk to it and let it sit for a while. Chop onion, green chilli and coriander and make a paste or paste of garlic. It also looks good.

    Now add chopped onion, chilli and garlic to the curd or buttermilk rice. Add gram flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, asafoetida, ajwain, salt and mix everything well. Now put oil in a pan for frying and fry the pakodas in oil until the half-cooked pieces are removed. Then press and fry them, then you will get very nice crispy pakodas. And serve these pakodas hot with sweet and sour tamarind chutney
